WHAT TO EXPECT

👕 What to Wear

For your first session, comfortable loose clothing such as tracksuit bottoms and a t-shirt is perfectly fine. As you progress, you may wish to purchase a traditional Gi (uniform). We can advise you on this once you begin training.

🎯 Your First Class

New students are always welcome to come and watch or try a class. Arrive a few minutes early, introduce yourself to the instructor, and you will be looked after. There is no pressure — train at your own pace and ask questions freely.

📈 Progression

The Association JuJitsu grading system allows you to track your development with structured belt levels. Regular training will build your technical ability, fitness, and confidence as you work through the syllabus at your own pace.
